Delivery time
Items are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are handled by our courier service, which usually delivers them within 5 working days. The delivery time of your order depends on various factors, such as the delivery address, weather conditions, traffic and other unforeseen circumstances.

We ship according to DAP (Delivered At Place) terms. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties and clearance fees once the shipment has arrived at its destination. If you refuse to pay the duties/taxes or the product returns due to absence of the recipient, €40 of shipping costs will be deducted from the original amount.

• Shipping within Europe: 15 €
• Shipping within the UK and Switzerland: €35
• Shipping to USA, Australia, Asia and Africa: €45

Returns
LaBonin accepts returns within 14 days of receipt of the order. Returned items must also include the original packaging and dust bags with the original labels attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items with any signs of wear and tear will not be accepted for return. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to return your purchase
Send an e-mail to info@labonin.com indicating the reason for the return.

Using a tracked shipping service, send your return in the original packaging to the following address:

Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns, or any item that LaBonin reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Once we receive the product, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be processed by the payment method provider within 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once processed, we will send a refund confirmation to the e-mail address you provided during check-out. It may take longer for your bank or financial institution to make the refund effective on your account. We recommend that you keep the delivery note until you receive your refund. Due to possible exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded amount may be slightly higher or lower than the original price paid.

Cancellation of an order not yet shipped
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately by e-mail at info@labonin.com.
In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the payment method used. This operation may take up to 10 working days.
Please note that we are not able to merge orders, change dimensions, modify invoicing/shipping data or add items to an existing order. Furthermore, we cannot make changes to the order once the product has already been shipped.
